Drivers and conductors come to know the faults in each bus. If any of them tries to login the complaint through their Transport Corporations, those complainants would be first taken to task by the disciplinary authorities for complaining. So they take the buses to the routes. If the drivers / conductors are provided with a discrete/anonymous login system, then the passengers would be safe. Otherwise these accidents will not stop.
By the way in your videos the advertisements have high volume level and the contents are at a different volume level. Why, don't you have the tech to keep the volume level same?
